The prana on the planet and around us has reduced greatly due to a variety of reasons. We have downgraded the definition of "health" from being immune to just being normal.

Human beings are hoping not to get sick or develop any condition rather than increasing their health. Pranic Lifestyle is a set of practices and tools that will help one achieve that prana again that has been lost due to our lifestyles today.

Pranava Pranic Lifestyle offers introductory and advanced sessions where all the tools and methods followed at Pranava Kshetra are shared with the participants. A support group is created to ensure that there is continuous help provided whenever needed.
